Vertical Force
Vertical Force is a Raiden clone that's far from perfect. It's a fairly fun game but the lack of contrast between the background and enemies makes the game frustrating and you find yourself yelling, "What the hell, man?! Nothing even hit me!! What the fuck is up with this piece a shit??", a lot. The weapons are few and none of them are too impressive anyway. In Raiden, you got awsome guns that filled the entire screen, six homing missiles at a time, bombs, and helper ships. Vertical Force has the helper ships, three different ones at a time, but they can be destroyed too easily which makes them pointless. This game's not a bad game... well, actually, yeah it is.
